Liposuction involves local anesthesia. In the traditional technique, a thin hollow tube is inserted into the area designated for fat removal. The excess fat is then vacuumed out through the tube. Finally, the incision, which is quite small, will be stitched up and the procedure is complete
We'll formulate a treatment plan tailored to your individual body structure

Traditional liposuction is best performed on patients who have pockets of excess fat while having firm, elastic skin. Patients who have loose skin may be better served by laser or ultrasound-assisted liposuction technique which heat and tighten the overlying skin while removing fat
On relatively small areas, recovery lasts only a matter of days. Most patients will take pain medication for 1-3 days and return to work in 4-5 days. For larger areas, bruising may continue for two weeks
